"Stay Tonight" is one of Aquaence's earliest songs. The original keyboard track was first written back in 2009, but the song wasn't fully written until late 2013. The final mixing is finally available now in 2021.

The lyrics for "Stay Tonight" were inspired by the early relationship between Victoria K. Chapman and her now husband. It is a song offering hope and light, and also a promise to stay together, at least for one night. Victoria later performed this song at their wedding in 2016.

The album artwork was also created by Victoria K. Chapman, who works professionally as an artist, illustrator, and writer. This art and others will become part of an illustrated lyric book when the full album is released. Follow Aquaence on BandCamp for updates about the full album release!
